Library Parent Portal: Home

1. Login to the ASW Library Catalogue with your ASW gmail account - use the Google Sign On.
2. Search the catalogue to find the book you want: search by title, author, subject or sublocation.
3. When you find the book you are looking for, click on the title of the book, then click "Hold It" and "Save".
4. Click on "My Info", to show the status of your holds.
5. Students - pick up your books the next day or they will be delivered to your L&L class.  Parents, please pick up the book in the library the next day.  

Borrowing guidelines: 

Students: 1-6 items, depending on grade. 

Parents: up to 6 items

Summer check-out: 10 books (ES students need signed parent permission)

The loan period for all materials is 21 days (3 weeks). Renewals are allowed as long as there are not holds placed on the books. 

The library is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 8:00 - 16:00.

Families are welcome to browse and borrow books from 8:00 - 8:30 or 15:30 - 16:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; 9:00 - 9:30 or 15:30 - 16:30 Wednesday; and 8:00 - 8:30 or 15:30 - 16:00 on Friday.

100 PLN is charged for books that are lost or beyond repair.  Charges for items in other formats (such as audiobooks) will be based on the replacement cost.
