ASW Audio has the highest standards of quality and requires all team members to create an episode that:
- is a minimum of 5 minutes
- is saved in a downloadable format (.wav or .mp3)
- has theme music
- has an introduction that clearly states the title of the podcast, the research question, and the name of the host
- uses vocabulary in context
- demonstrates what you know and understand using descriptions, explanations, and examples
- communicates the answer to the research question in an organized way, justifying the answer with information
- identifies and analyzes different sources and then lists the sources of your information
- identifies different views and what those views could mean
ASW Audio has a target audience that is between fifth and eighth grade, so we understand that our episodes need to be both informative and entertaining.Each team member will be shown how to use the GarageBand program to record and edit your work.
